In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

Upon Account closure for cause, phh222 may withhold Account balances pending investigation. Where an investigation concludes that prohibited activity occurred, phh222 reserves the right to forfeit all or part of the Account balance.

Where Account closure is not for cause, phh222 will return any remaining verified real-money balance to the Account holder's registered and verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

You may close your phh222 Account voluntarily at any time by contacting 24/7 live chat support or via the Account settings section. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within 24 hours.

Where an internal resolution cannot be reached, disputes may be referred to PAGCOR's dispute resolution mechanism applicable to PAGCOR-authorized operators. For matters not covered by PAGCOR's jurisdiction, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

phh222 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time.
